Accessibility statement
Accessibility statement.
Our commitment
Work-Out wants this site to be usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. We aim for level AA of the WCAG 2.1 guidelines.
This statement is voluntary : as a micro-enterprise offering a business-to-business service with no online sales, we fall outside the mandatory scope of the European Accessibility Act. We publish it because a verifiable commitment is worth more than silence.
Conformance status
This site is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 level AA. "Partially" is an honest statement : no external audit has been carried out, and the points below come from an internal assessment.
What is in place :
- full semantic structure (ordered headings, navigation landmarks, identified main regions) ;
- keyboard navigation throughout, with a visible focus indicator and a skip link to the content ;
- colour contrast meeting the 4.5:1 minimum for body text ;
- form fields tied to their label and help text (aria-describedby), with autocomplete ;
- decorative images hidden from assistive technology, meaningful images given a text alternative ;
- language declared on every page, and on passages written in another language ;
- animation reduced when the system signals that preference ;
- content fully readable without JavaScript.
Known limitations :
- no formal audit by a third-party body has been carried out ;
- the site has not been tested with every screen reader on the market ;
- the comparison table on the Plans page requires horizontal scrolling on small screens ;
- some technical wording could be simplified for easier reading.
